After almost 20 years, NIGHTINGALE’s sixth album and prog/AOR masterpiece, “White Darkness”, is remastered by songwriter/frontman/producer Dan Swanö (Opeth, Katatonia, Oceans Of Slumber) and finally properly re-issued. Originally released in 2007, “White Darkness” effortlessly bridges ’70s rock, AOR, prog and metal with a symphonic, yet extremely catchy overall approach, featuring stand-out tracks “The Fields of Life”, “To My Inspiration”, “Trial and Error” and the touching (yet revealing) piano-driven title track. The re-release of “White Darkness” is available as a Ltd. Digipak 2CD (With a total of 22 bonus tracks!) with O-card and also for the first time in the LP format, on very suitable white 180g vinyl (10 tracks).
