BLUE CHEER Vincebus Eruptum (Proto-Metal Classic 1968 UK 6-trackstereo LP, one of the heaviest psych debuts in rock history. This bandpretty much defined “Power Trio”, naming themselves after the mostpotent brand of street acid, these guyswere so fierce that rumour hasit a dog once died on stage at one of their concerts. The summer oflove was over! This is the first issue with black & silver labels & anultra cool, ‘stereo’ stickered mono mean looking front laminatedsleeve in dark blue & silver tones. The cover displays some lightgeneral wear with a couple of light creases on the front in thelaminate, some faint ringwear and pocket opening scuffing but nothingtoo excessive. There is a tear to the B side label, whilst the vinyl haslight scuffs with a deeper mark resulting in a series of clicks to thestart of Doctor Please. A nice example, for fans of early BlackSabbath, Budgie, etc.. SBL7839)
