Bonus Region 0NTSC DVD featuring the entire album in superior 5.1Surround Sound and Stereo aswell as the 55-minute’Amplified Gesture’ documentary. The discs are housed inindividual hardback, cloth-bound volumes which arethemselves inserted into a cloth-bound rigid slip case. Volume1 is a 40-page book containing the complete lyrics from’Manafon’ and artwork from the artists Atsushi Fukui & RuudVan Empel; whilst the Volume 2 comes with a 24-page bookaccompanying the documentary, with a foreword by Clive Bell,photos and biographies of all of the contributors to thedocumentary. Each of the three cloth-bound items featuregold embossed lettering. An accompanying 7″ x 9″ black onwhite high quality print of a portrait of David Sylvian byAtsushi Fukui, each
