Pleasantville (1998) was a high-concept fantasy-comedy about high-school siblings (Tobey Maguire and Reese Witherspoon) transported into an idyllic, black-and-white TV show. In celebration of the film’s 25th anniversary, Varèse Sarabande presents the first-ever vinyl release of Randy Newman’s score for the film as a 2LP set, which features an expanded program of 34 tracks, pressed on Translucent Tan vinyl, and packaged in a gatefold jacket with original artwork by acclaimed
illustrator Sim Sim.
